Personal Statement

I am a lecturer and researcher in Applied Mathematics at the University of Lagos, Nigeria. I hold a B.Sc. (First Class Honors), M.Sc. (Distinction), and Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics, all earned from the University of Lagos. Currently, I serve as a Senate Member at the University of Lagos, a position I was overwhelmingly elected to by the university community. This role reflects the trust and respect I have earned through my unwavering commitment to integrity, collaboration, and academic excellence. I am a Visiting Lecturer at the Isaac Newton Institute of Mathematical Sciences, University of Cambridge, United Kingdom. I am also a proud Member of the London Mathematical Society. My research portfolio is extensive, with numerous publications in both local and international peer-reviewed journals. I have also presented academic papers at various conferences, contributing to the global discourse in applied mathematics.
