Personal Statement

 

My research drive targets solutions to the challenges in medical health and computational drug discovery through innovations in Edge computing, advances in artificial intelligence, and machine learning techniques. Underlying this drive is my scientific research in optimization, deep learning, embedded systems, robotics, bioinformatics, green software engineering, and their applications. Leveraging on the strength of synergic interdisciplinary research and collaborations, I strongly believe that many of the health challenges in Nigeria and by extension in Africa are solvable. Also, as a part of my volunteer community service (VCS), I engage in youth mentorship program to motivate, inspire and position the coming generation for creativity and innovative breakthrough that are beneficial to humanity.
