Driven by the passion to address climate-mediated food insecurities, my research focuses on improving the resilience and diversity of food systems. I utilize cutting-edge genomic science to unravel the potential of orphan crops such as bambara groundnut and cowpea to complement major crops for a more resilient and nutritionally diverse future agricultural system.
